17596 students aged five to 12 receive first dose of COVID-19 vaccine in Maungdaw Twsp.

A total of 17596 students aged five to 12 received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine at the designated vaccination sites in Maungdaw Township, Rakhine State yesterday morning.

 

On the occasion, healthcare workers monitored the body temperatures and blood pressures of the students in collaboration with volunteers before administering the vaccine to students and watched them for 30 minutes after giving the vaccine.

 

As of August 4, a total of 17596 students aged five to 12 received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine in line with COVID-19 health regulations in Maungdaw Township.
