THE results of the 2026 Matriculation Examina­tion and the 2026 Indus­trial, Agricultural, and Livestock Matriculation Examination were offi­cially released yester­day morning across the nation.

 

The results were published online at 4 am via www.myanmarexam. org, where candidates can view results by ex­amination centre, and at result.dme.gov.mm, where results can be checked using candidate roll numbers.

 

In addition, result lists were made available at respective examination centres and township education offices start­ing from 6 am for public viewing.

 

A total of 255,228 candidates sat for the matriculation exam, with 133,673 passing, resulting in a pass rate of 52.37 per cent. For the industrial, agricultural, and livestock matriculation exam, 3,364 candidates sat, with 1,672 passing, giving a pass rate of 49.70 per cent.

 

The results, includ­ing regional breakdowns and the top 10 highest scorers by subject com­bination, have also been uploaded to www.myan­marexam.org for easy public access, according to the Department of My­anmar Examinations. — MNA/KZL
