With a view to distributing the saplings free of charge to local people, Forest Department of Myinmu Township in Sagaing Region cultivated 33000 saplings in Myoma plant nursery for the 2022 rainy season in order to revitalize tropical area and implement environmental protection.
Officials from the Township Forest Department cultivated 33000 saplings including teaks, eucalypti, margosa trees, mezali trees, manjasha trees, mahogany trees, yinmar trees, seinpan and shawphyu trees in Myoma plant nursery in the Township.
The saplings will be distributed free of charge to local people until June 30 this year.—Aung Soe Pe(Myinmu)
