A total of 528623 people have received COVID-19 vaccine in Nyaung-U District, Mandalay Region so far, according an official from the District Administration Council.
As of August 5, altogether 528623 people including 262026 people in Nyaung-U Township and 266597 people in Kyaukpadaung Township have received COVID-19 vaccine at the designated vaccination sites in Nyaung-U District.
Medical workers continue to administer the vaccine to the remaining people in the District on a door to door basis, according to U Toe Lwin, chairman of the District Administration Council.—U Win Htein(IPRD)
