Seven people who were trapped on a mountain called “Shin Maw Pagoda” in Launglon Township, Taninthayi Region have been rescued on 11 August, authorities said.
The victims of natural disaster were stranded on the mountain after a landslide occurred in the area following incessant severe rains in the township since 10 August morning. No causalities were reported in the incident.—IPRD
