A discussion on review of Emerald Green Project was held in Tatlwin Village, Wuntho Township, Sagaing Region yesterday. At the ceremony, agricultural loans were disbursed to farmers in three villages in the township.
At the ceremony, officials from the Township Department of Rural Development clarified the project and agricultural methods. Next, a responsible person from the Township Project clarified the advantages and disadvantages of the project that was implemented in fourth year.
Then the officials disbursed K 8 million to 8 farmers for agriculture. In addition, K 25.6 million was disbursed to 35 people who work livestock breeding and K 3 million to three people for small enterprise, according to the Township Information and Public Relations Department.
