Myanma Agricultural Development Bank in Ngape Township in Minbu District, Magway Region is disbursing agricultural loans to the farmers for winter crops.
With the aim of developing socioeconomic lives of farmers, the bank is disbursing annual agricultural loans for winter crops. It dispenses the loans to those who have totally paid back the previous debt.
The bank is earmarked to disburse K 200 million of winter agricultural loans to the farmers in eight village-tracts in the township during 2023-2024 FY. It disburses the loans at a rate of K 150,000 per acre of paddy and K 100,000 per acre of other crops. Now, a total of K 161.95 million of loans has been disbursed to 378 farmers in PinU village-tract and farmers in other villages will be disbursed.
