Bolakhe’s Pun Creek crowded with visitors

Bolakhe, 14 May

The day temperature in Bolakhe Township, Kayah State is 42°C. The Pun Creek is packed with visitors who want to relieve from extreme hot weather.

Visitors can take bath, swim in the creek, take breath beside the stream and enjoy relaxation so that they protect themselves from suffering hot weather. The Pun Creek that flows naturally throughout the township became a relaxation area for locals. Bolakhe is one of the townships in Kayah State that experience the highest temperature in summer.

This is the reason why the Pun Creek is crowded with people who are seeking to reduce their physical and mental stresses during the hot season.—Wut Yi (Mese)
