Bus conductor test positive for coronavirus in Kawthoung Twsp

A bus conductor who helped Myanmar seafarers return home by bus was infected with coronavirus on October 15, according to the Department of Public Health.
    

Myanmar seafarers returning from abroad were placed under observation at some hotels in Kawthoung. Some of them were sent back home after being put in isolation. All Myanmar seafarers, bus drivers and their assistants were tested at Dawei checkpoint with the use of Rapid Test Kit and one of the bus assistants was found to have been infected with the deadly virus.
    

A total of 30 people who had close contact with the virus positive patient are currently being put under observation at facility quarantine centers in Kawthoung.
