The township Department of Disaster Management provided cash aid to the family of a man who was struck to death by lightning in Kanyinchaunglay Village in Gwaygon village tract, Mawlamyinkyun Township, Ayeyarwady Region yesterday.
Staff officer of the township Department of Disaster Management Daw Zar Zar Lin, village Administrator and a clerk of the village track made a domiciliary visit to hand over cash assistance to the family of a lightening victim and provided K 300000 to them.
A man was struck to death by lightning in Kanyinchaunglay Village, Gwaygon village tract in Mawlamyinekyun Township on 2 June.
