Gangaw 5 November
A ceremony to provide cash aids to flood victims in Gangaw Township, Magway Region was held at an office of Ward Administrator in Ward-3 in the town of Gangaw yesterday.
First, officials from District Department of Disaster Management provided cash aids for purchasing building materials and rice to the flood victims. Due to the heavy rain hit the township on 3 November, the water level of Launghtaung Creek increased and two houses were partially destroyed.
