Officials from Mongnae Township Department of Disaster Management made a domiciliary visit to provide cash aids to storm victims in Wumyae and Kamalan villages in Mongnae Township, Linkhae District, Shan State (South) this morning.
The strong winds hit the two villages in the afternoon on 3 May and it destroyed 10 houses in the villages.
Linhkae District Administrator U Noe Wai, Officer from District Department of Disaster Management U Nay Win, Township Administrator and departmental officials provided K 973,000 for house repair and rice.
