GOVERNOR of the Central Bank of Myanmar Dr Khin Naing Oo received Pakistani Ambassador to Myanmar Mr Tariq Karim and his delegation at the Central Bank of Myanmar meeting hall in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
The two sides discussed ways to promote trade between Myanmar and Pakistan, establish correspondent banking relationships between the two countries, provide human resources and technical assistance in banking matters, strengthen cooperation between the two central banks, and exchange views on international financial affairs.
The meeting was also attended by vice-governors and officials from the Central Bank of Myanmar. — MNA/MKKS
