A ceremony to open the 3rd festival of children literacy was held in the compound of B.E.M.S in the town of Nattalin, Tharrawaddy District, Bago Region this morning.
First, the Pyithu Hluttaw Representative U Khin Aye, Acting Administrator U Than Tun and staff officer of the Township Education Department Daw Aye Aye Soe cut a ribbon to formally open the festival.
Next, the Pyithu Hluttaw Representative U Khin Aye gave a speech and students performed a song. The region Hluttaw Representative U Kyaw Kyaw Naing, Head of the school Daw Cho Cho, departmental officials, teachers, students and locals attended the event.
