As part of efforts to contain the transmission of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), government employees and their family members were given booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine at the People’s Hospital in Mongyang Township of eastern Shan State on 17 June.
In order to contain and prevent the spread of COVID-19, healthcare workers from the Township Department of Public Health gave booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine to government employees and their family members and people aged 40 and above in line with COVID-19 health guideline.—Tun Tun Htoo
