Kyaunggon, 14 December
A concrete road measuring 350 ft. in length, 12 ft. in width and six inches in thickness is being constructed on Aungtakhun Road in Ward-2 in Kyaunggon Township, Ayeyawady Region on 14 December.
An addition, a gravel road measuring 330 ft. in length, 12 ft. in width and nine inches in thickness is being constructed and an earthen road measuring 180 ft. in length, 12 ft. in width and nine inches in thickness are being constructed by Emerald Delta construction Company, according to the township Development Committee.
Officials led by chairman of the Township Administration Council U Soe Win looked into progress for construction of a concrete road. During the inspections, U So Win stressed the importance of quality construction and maintenance.—Win Kyaing(IPRD)
