Construction work of concrete road in Mongmit Township completed 100%

With the aim of developing the whole township and keeping it clean, construction work of concrete road has been implemented in Taungkaing Village in Mongmit Township, Shan state(North) since the third week of June this year and now, it was completed 100 percent.

 

Officials led by chairman of the Township Administration Council U Aung Baw and members, staff officer of the Township Department of Rural Development U Bran Sai and officials inspected completion of the concrete-paving works and stressed the importance of quality construction and maintenance. 

 

A concrete road measuring 1000 ft. in length, 12 ft. in width and six inches in thickness is being built with Ks. 19.745 million of DRD’s allotted funds in 2022-2023 fiscal year, according to an official from the Township DRD. The road will benefit rural people in the village.—Cho Than Nyunt(DRD)
