Developmental works will be conducted in villages in Wuntho Township, Kawlin District Sagaing Region, according to an official from the Township Department of Rural Development.
Construction of rural roads and bridges, expansion of rural roads and digging tube wells will be implemented with K 70 million of funds of the project and K 2.56 million of public contributions in seven villages in the township. Upon completion, it will bring socioeconomic development to a total of 2247 people from 422 households in the villages.
The Township Department of Rural Development conducted developmental works in a total of 120 villages in the township starting from 2017-2018 FY to 2020-2021.
