Kyaukpadaung 26 December
With the aim of avoiding water scarcity in summer, digging earthen lakes are being undertaken in Kyaukpadaung Township, Mandalay Region. On 26 December, officials from the Township Department of Rural Development inspected the completion of the earthen lakes in the township.
Six earthen lakes are being implemented with funds of regional government in the villages in the township. All the projects were conducted starting from June and now, all have been completed by hundred percent.
Once completion, a total of 10414 people from 1742 households are available enough drinking water in all seasons.
