Putao 14 June
Under the arrangement of Putao District Youth Affairs Committee, disinfection work was carried out in schools used as Community Based Facility Quarantine Center for returnees in Putao Township, Kachin State yesterday.
The schools will be returned over to Education Department and the schools will be reopened on 15 June. Therefore, disinfection work was carried out in the schools used for quarantine centers and it is the third of its kind.
“Members of Putao District Youth Affairs Committee conducted disinfection works in the school in order to prevent and control the COVID- 19 pandemic”, said Deputy Chairman of the Committee.
Members of the Committee and village administrators jointly conducted the disinfection work and the necessary items for the work were donated by Namshani Social Organization, according to the Putao District Youth Affairs Committee.
