Officials from Natmauk Township Department of Rural Development distributed drinking water to Padaukpingone village facing water scarcity in Natmauk Township, Magway Region this morning.
Well-wisher U Khant Zaw and Daw Yi Yi Khaing (Nay Pyi Taw), Township Department of Rural Development and Kambawza Alintan jointly donated 5600 gallons of drinking water to 918 people from 163 households in the village.
With the aim of distributing drinking water in all seasons, Township Department of Rural Development is undertaking digging four tube wells and other water supply project in five villages with K 90.937 million, said an official from the township department.
