Local authorities seized drugs in Kawthoung Township, Taninthayi Region yesterday.
Acting on a tip-off, Police members led by Police Inspector Aung Lin Oo from Kawthoung Anti-Drug Squad-34 together with witnesses raided the house of Nyi Nyi (a) Ye Yint Naung, 38, on U Aung Zayya Road in Ayeyeiknyein Ward in Kawthoung yesterday and confiscated 330 stimulant tablets in the house.
Authorities filed charges against Nyi Nyi(a) Ye Yint Naung under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.—Kyaw Soe (Kawthoung)
