An event to provide educational assistance to offspring of the personnel of the Township General Administration Department was held at the meeting hall of the Township General Administration Department in Tada-U Township of Mandalay Region at 10:00 am on 9 June.
First, the Township Administrator U Hein Htike explained the meaning of education and clarified the purpose of the provision of educational assistance for offspring of GAD staff. This was followed by the presentation of educational aid to offspring of GAD staff for 2023-2024 Academic year.
Under this educational aid program, eight students who will attend higher education received K 15000 each, six students who will attend high school received one dozen note book and five ball-point pens each, seven students who will attend middle school received one dozen note book and five ball-point pens each and 22 students who will attend primary school received one dozen note book and one dozen pencil each respectively, according to an official from the Township General Administration Department.— U Ye Tint(IPRD)
