The town General Administration Department provided social pension to elderly people above 85 years old in Bawkali sub-Township, Hpa-an Township, Kayin State on yesterday.
Ward and Village Administrators presented social pension to senior citizens in wards and villages in the sub-Township in accordance with the guidance of the town Administrator U Saw Bo Kyaw on a door to door basis.
Under this cash aid program, 59 elderly people above 85 years old in wards and villages in the sub-Township received K 30000 each.
