Elderly people start advance votes for upcoming general election

Elderly people over 60 years old across the nation start advance voting at the respective ward and village-tract election sub-commissions for the upcoming general election starting from 29 October to 5 November.

 

There are 27549 eligible voters over 60 years old from 42 wards and village-tracts, in Mudon Township, Mawlamyine District, Mon State. The eligible voters began casting their votes at the respective ward and village-tract election sub-commissions starting from this morning.

 

Arrangements are being made to cast advance votes for elderly people who are impossible to go to the polling stations, according to Chairman of Township Election Commission U Hla Win.
