A multiplier course on taking census and compiling correct voters’ list was opened at Yekyi Hall in Yekyi, Ayeyawady Region yesterday morning.
On the occasion, Township Administrator U Min Khaing Win delivered an opening address and the Chairman of the township election sub-commission U Win Myint clarified the purpose of the training course. Next, an official from the township election sub-commission briefed about taking census and compiling voters’ list.
The trainees also took part in the discussions. The course was attended by 309 trainees.—Aung Thu Han (IPRD)
