In commemoration of the 72nd Independence Day, which falls on 4 January, the township Information and Public Relations Department organized middle and high school student level essay witting competition at the community center of IPRD in the town of Katha, Sagaing Region this morning.
First of all, an official from the District IPRD clarified the purpose of the competition and explained the disciplines of the competition.
