A ceremony to mark the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, an essay writing competition was conducted at the community center of IPRD in Sidoktaya Township, Minbu District, Magway Region this morning.
At the event, official from the Township IPRD explained about Scourge of Narcotic Drugs and the purpose of the essay writing competition. 18 middle students competed in the essay writing contest.
