The township Department of Disaster Management provided cash aid to people whose homes were damaged by strong winds in Thitphyu and Kuinpauk Villages in Yegyi Township, Pathein District, Ayeyarwady Region yesterday.
Staff from the Township Department of Disaster Management paid a domiciliary visit to the homes of strong winds victims and handed over K 171000 for rice and building materials and a rescue kit box with 17 items to ten victims of powerful winds from two families in Thitphyu Village and Kuinpauk Village in the township.—Aung Thu Han, IPRD
