A ceremony to release fingerlings into Bago-Sittaung canal in Kandaw Ward in Waw Township, Bago District in Bago Region was held this morning.
Staff officer of the District Fisheries Department U Zaw Myint Naing, the Township Administrator U Win Maw, head of the Township Fisheries Department Daw Khin Myo Naing and staff, Chairman of the Township Fisheries Committee U Tin Zaw Oo and locals participated in the fingerling releasing ceremony, and released 630000 into the Bago-Sittaung canal to increase fish production in the Township.—Aung Myat Lin(IPRD)
