Pyigyitagon, 13 March
A Fire broke out at about 8:30 pm yesterday in Kyaw Zinc Factory on 46 Road between Thakhinphohlakyi Raod and Yawminkyi Road in Pyigyitagon Township, Mandalay Region.
Firemen from the Township Fire Services Department rushed to the scene to fight the fire with the use of five water tankers and six fire-engines in cooperation with locals and the blaze was successfully extinguished at around 9:7 pm.
Authorities filed a case against Myo Min Thant, Manager of the factory for his negligence.—Than Zaw Min, IPRD
