A fire broke out at a house in Myohaung Ward in the Town of Thanlyin, southern district, Yangon Region at about 8:35 pm yesterday.
Firefighters from Thanlyin Fire Service Department rushed to the incident scene to put out the fire in collaboration with police members and members of the Township Red Cross Society using four fire engines. The fire was brought under control at 9:51 pm.
The authorities are investigating a fire that damaged a house in Myohaung Ward of Thanlyin, it is learnt.
