A fire broke out in a house of Daw Than Myint who resides in Hmawsat Ward, Dala Township, Yangon Region at about 7 am today.
MP U Tun Yin of No.1 Constituency of Regional Hluttaw, Deputy Township Administrator U Kyaw Zin Oo, members of Township Police Force and Township Fire Services Department and local people extinguished the fire using three fire engines.
Due to the fire, three houses were burned down and no casualties were reported in the incident. The fire started from the overheated meter box.
Therefore, an investigation is being made to take action by the local police.
