In order to mark the 74th Myanmar Fire Service Day which falls on May 5, firefighters from Shan State collectively donated blood at Sao San Tun Hospital in Taunggyi, Shan State yesterday.
Afterwards, the township medical superintended Dr. Win Naing presented certificate of honor to U Tin Min, head of Shan State Fire Services Department.
A total of 180 firemen from Shan State Fire Services Department including U Tin Min, head of Shan State Fire Services Department, U Kyaw Thu, head of the district Fire Services Department, fire fighters and auxiliary firefighters from the townships Fire Services Department donated blood at the hospital.—Sai Than Kyaw(Taunggyi)
