A ceremony to hand over funds of Emerald Green Project was held at the middle school in Khakaran Village in Sumprabumn Township, Kachin Sate this morning.
At the ceremony, an official from the Township Department of Rural Development gave a speech and clarified the purposes of the project and undertaking process under the project.
Afterwards, an official from the township DRD handed over K 4.74 million to members of village emerald green projects committee in Mainghtaung, Khakaran and Kharukha Villages in the township.
Altogether 65 people - 33 people in agriculture business, 20 in livestock breeding business and 12 in trading business received loans.—Kade (Sumprabumn)
