Game center employees, gamblers arrested in police raid

A combined squad that consists of police members and security personnel raided a gaming shop in Ward-2, Myawady, a border town in Kayin State on 10 March, the Ministry of Home Affairs reported.

The joint team members arrested a man named Nyan Zaw Tun, 36, manager of game shop, three employees and 13 gamers along with six gaming machines, one generator and Ks. 502,000 in cash.

The staff of the game center and gamers are taken action under the Myanmar Gambling Law by the local police.—MOHA
