A groundbreaking ceremony for construction of staff housing of Government Technical Institute and Government Technical High School was held in the compound of an old airfield in Pakokku on February 3.
First, Head of the Government Technical High School U Tun Myaing and officials drove stakes at the precinct and sprinkled the scented water on it.
