The opening ceremony of four kinds of hospitality training course was held at Chindwin Myint hotel in Sagaing region’s capital town of Monywa yesterday morning.
The training course was jointly arranged by Hotels and Tourism Department’s Monywa branch and Hoteliers’ Association (Sagaing Zone) under the guidance of Hotels and Tourism Ministry.
At the event, Sagaing region minister for Immigration and Human Resources U Moe Kyaw Thu made an opening speech. Then, deputy director U Aung Thu Oo from Monywa branch office of Hotels and Tourism Department and U Aung Gyi, vice-chairman of Hoteliers’ Association (Sagaing Zone) explained the purpose of the training course.
The four-week training course is being opened from August 26 to September 20 with the participation of 104 trainees.—MOHT
