Kawnglaunghpu 29 October
With the aim of preventing cervical cancer, Human Papilloma Virus HPV vaccination awareness campaign was conducted at a City Hall of Kawnglaunghpu Township yesterday.
At the ceremony, Township Administrator U Aung Ko Win gave opening remarks and a Township Medical Officer of Township Department of Public Health shared the knowledge of the HPV.
Then the Township Medical Officer also said that six girls between 9 and 10 years old in the Ward were injected with HPV vaccine on 28 October and all girls between 9 and 10 years old in the village-tracts will be injected with the vaccine.
