Officials from the township Department of Immigration and Population conducted the collective granting of ID cards to local people in Saikkhaung Village and Kaunghmutan Village in Mong Shat Township, Shan State yesterday.
Staff from the township Department of Immigration and Population issued ID cards to local people above 18 years old in six village tracts in the township yesterday.
Officials will continue to issue identity cards to local people in the remaining four village tracts in accordance with the plan, according to an official from the township Department of Immigration and Population.
