A stadium is being constructed with regional government funds in the compound of the Township Sport Ground in Shwe U Daung Ward in Moenyo Township, Bago Region.
The stadium measuring 120 ft. in length and 90 ft. in width is being constructed by Linlet Mya construction Company with Ks 180 million allotted by regional government.
Construction of the stadium began from April this year and has been about 66 percent finished so far.
Once completion, it will house about 400 spectators and host sport events such as Badminton, Volleyball, Sepaktakaw, Futsal and sports training courses will be conducted there. –Ko Min (Moe Nyo)
