An informative talk was given at BEHS Maryland in the township of Zalun in Ayeyarwady region this morning with an opening speech by police major Tun Kyaw, head of the township police force.
At the event, police captain Soe Myint gave a talk about ways to prevent under-age rape while Daw Aye Myint Thein, head of the Township Information and Public Relations Department delivered a talk about human trafficking and the benefits of reading. Then, Daw Thit Thit Kyaw, the township sports officer donated sports facilities for the school through U Myint Than, headmaster of the school.
After that, a total of 500 schoolchildren participated in fitness dance, it is learnt.—Wai Yan (IPRD)
