With the aim of raising awareness among youths of the scourge of drugs, informative talk on the danger of drugs was held at the meeting hall of B.E.H.S-2 in Myingyan, Mandalay Region yesterday.
At the event, Police Capt. Ye Yan Aung from Myingyian Myoma Police Station detailed the causes of drugs, the disadvantages and scourge of narcotic drugs, offences and penalties for drug cases and prevention measures against drugs with the projector.
Over 300 people including teachers and students from B.E.H.S-2 attended the talk, it is learnt.—Zaw Min Naing (Myingyan)
