An event to provide health care services to elderly people was conducted in Sibinthaya village in Zeyarthiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw on 27 December.
With the aim of providing health care treatment to the elderly free of charge, the Public Health Departments in Nay Pyi Taw kicked off the integrated health services. In the morning, officials and medical staff from the Township Public Health Department provided health services to 60 elderly people in Sibinthaya village in the township.
Then, the officials provided the elderly people with nutritious food and shared health care awareness with them. In addition, they collaboratively took physical exercises and the officials planned to organize a talk show for the elderly people.
The integrated health care services event will be conducted in Sibinthaya village every Wednesday.
