The final match of township administrator’s cup inter-ward/village futsal contest took place in conjunction with a prize awarding ceremony at a futsal pitch in Pantanaw Township, Ayeyawady Region on 1 October.
The event is held under the township sports development programme (TSDP). In the final match, a team representing Western Ward was crowned after beating the squad representing New Ward.
Township Administrator U Ye Min Aung, officials from the Information and Public Relations Department and the Department of Education presented prizes, champion trophy and individual awards to the winning athletes.
