Thanatpin, 11 January
A land plot donated by U Myint Swe, the patron of Karuna Philanthropic Association (Zeyamingalar Rice Mill) was handed over with a ceremony held at Basic Education Post Primary School in Kayan Nyaungpin village, Thanatpin township,Bago Region this morning.
At the event, Bago Region Chief Minister U Win Thein made an opening speech, expressing thanks to the land donor for his pious contribution at a time when lands are in bad need for construction of schools in some states and regions and Minster for Security and Border Affairs Col Hla Myo Shwe spoke.
Next, U Myint Swe, the patron of Karuna Philanthropic Association (Zeyamingalar Rice Mill) handed over the related documents to Township Education Officer Daw Le Le Win who spoke words of thanks.
