A group of local authorities made a field trip to construction site of a concrete road in Yin Hsai Village, Kyaungon Township in Ayeyawady Region this morning.
The road measures one mile long, 12 ft. wide and seven inch thick are being built by a private construction company with over K 254 million. The project has reportedly been about 40 percent finished so far.
The Lower House MP, local lawmaker, township administrator, officials from the Department of Road and Department of Rural Development, and village administrator looked into progress of the road, calling for site officials to finalize the project ahead of the next academic year.
