With the aim of boosting the income of local people and their socio-economic status, loans for implementation of emerald green projects were disbursed to farmers in Maingte Village, Chaung-U Township, Monywa District, Sagaing Region this morning. The disbursement of loan is the seventh of its kind in the village.
At the event, staff officer of the Township Department of Rural Development Daw Khaing Soe San handed over K 35.5 million to 143 people in the village.
An official from the Township DRD dispensed loan of the project to members of village emerald green project committee in line with COVID-19 health guidelines set by Ministry of Health.--Ei Ei Aung(Chaung-U)
