With the aims of upgrading family businesses and increasing family income, Loilem Township Department of Rural Development is disbursing loans of emerald green project to rural people in Kyupau village, Haenan village-tract, Loilem Township, Shan State (South).
First, an official from the Township Department of Rural Development clarified the purpose of loan disbursement, the rate of interest and duration and rules and regulations abided by those who want to receive loans.
Then, members of the emerald green project handed over loans to 83 farmers in agricultural business, livestock and breeding business and trading business in Kyupau, Kaphe and Huemone villages.
