Myanma Agricultural Development Bank is disbursing monsoon agricultural loans to local farmers in Kanma Township, Magway Region.
The MADB has given out monsoon agricultural loans to farmers from 35 village-tracts in the township so far. The MADB disburses monsoon agricultural loans worth more than Ks. 3 billion to farmers for 19,684 acres of paddy at the rate of Ks. 50,000 for per acre and for 2374 acres of other crops at an average of Ks. 100,000 for per acre, according to Daw Nyo Mar Myint, Township Manager of the MADB branch.
